Indonesia has set a target to become the central Islamic fashion in the world since 2016. In this period, Indonesia produced fashion, especially a very large quantity in the fabric field. However, in 2020, the attainment still has not been reached. On the other hand, the fashion production waste has caused some negative impacts. Fashion sustainability is considered to be the solution for Indonesia in the competition of becoming the central Muslim fashion in the world. Fashion sustainability has a better concept than fast fashion. This research focuses on the implementation of Triple Bottom Line Concept at Maison Gadiza, aiming to find out how the TBL concept is implemented. It also presents a review in the perspective of Islamic values as well as the challenges and opportunities of Islamic sustainability fashion business. A qualitative method is used for gaining primary data, which includes interviews and observations. Secondary data is the documentation owned by Maison Gadiza. The results of this research are that Maison Gadiza has supplemented the Concept of the Triple Bottom Line namely “People”, “Planet” and “Profit”. The “Profit” is converted into a blessing. The blessing is considered to have more valuable meaning not merely in the world but also in the hereafter. The concept of Triple Bottom Line is considered under Islamic values but the value of the afterlife is not achieved by the concept of Triple Bottom Line. The challenge of trends made by the marketplace creates people's lifestyles in immersive purchases, such as the offer of discounts and double date campaigns. The opportunity of Maison Gadiza as Islamic Sustainability Fashion Business is the awareness of today's growing young generation to love better products and brands that care about nature and awareness of the world community that increasingly support sustainability.
